Quality control
In Cover, quality control is fundamental and involves various analysis to ensure that products correspond to the technical specifications agreed with the customer.
All production stages are subject to verification, from the arrival of raw materials to injection moulding, to post-production.

Moisture analysis
Through the hygrometric balance we determine the moisture and dry content of the incoming and post-drying granules to ensure optimal humidity for the moulding.
Measurement of colour
We guarantee the measurement of the post-moulding colour thanks to the spectrophotometer to check that the technical specifications required by the customer are constantly respected.
Checks of the areas
We check the homogeneity and aesthetic performance of products to assure the customer the absence of cracks or surface defects.
Dimensional measurements
We check the absolute measurements of the pieces with different types of gauges to be able to guarantee that the dimensional qualities are in accordance with the design specifications.
Control cards
During the moulding phases, we examine the pieces with special control templates, through sample analysis, in order to verify the relative measurement given by the customer.
Three-dimensional controls
We have the measuring machine to determine the actual dimensions of the steels and detect any anomalies.
