Some operational steps for the creation of moduls
Rough milling
It is the initial stage of the process in which the steel is processed to be given a first shape.
Finish milling
The steel in the milling machine is processed to define the shape of the mould.
Erosion
By means of the electrodes, the finishing is completed in the smallest details.
Polishing
Surfaces are polished, according to the specific requests of the customers.
Assemblong
The different components of the mould are assembled and the adjustments are carried out.
Tool trial
Once the machining is finished, the tool goes to the injection moulding machine for the trials.
